I grew up with a single parent in high school, I used sports to cope with life’s stresses. Diagnosed with PTSD in 2012, I again used sports like Obstacle course racing, volleyball and working out as a form of therapy. I am dedicated to helping others transform their lives.
With 15+ years of Dedication to help our Airman be ready to fight, I helped them obtain their goals physically and mentally. Once separated, I used this knowledge to become a personal trainer and received my associate degree in Exercise Science. With a passion for the whole person’s well-being, I obtained my certification in Health and Wellness.
Specializing in Senior fitness and exercise therapy, I’m passionate about helping clients regain mobility, confidence, and making the golden years the most active ones. Recovery is half the battle. Specializing in post-injury training, I’m here to guide you safely back to your peak.
My philosophy is: Fitness is a partnership. I commit 100% to every session, ensuring clients do the same. Together, we achieve greatness.
When I’m not in the gym, you’ll find me hiking, taking photos, gardening or experimenting with new recipes. My gym playlist? 50% rock, 50% roll, and 100% results!
